Just got the thing mounted yesterday so don’t have a lot of use yet. Seems extremely solid, and there is no laxity at all with adjusting the position. Really, it takes a bit of effort to go it around. I appreciate the price, especially considering I haven’t been able to find any other model in any supplies that would fit the screw configuration on the back of my tv. The only thing that seemed a bit shady was packaging of the item. The pieces were just dropped into a box that had been cut & taped together to fit the size. Sooo..not very professional looking..item seems new, but looked like someone re-gifted it.

This is very gray duty wall mount that swivels form the wall up to 20″ and then folds flat hostile to the wall to keep it out of the way. I could mount a tv much larger than my 47″, much heavier that what I saw at Best Buy, Walmart, Sears etc, The value was incredible, I saved so much buying from here.

This product is excellent and delivers exactly what is advertised. I rate it 5 stars.
I bought this after reviewing perhaps 50 other units. It seems most products don’t include enough information to make an informed choice, so I felt like I was taking a gamble with whichever unit I chose. My primary criteria was to find something strong enough that would not sag with a 52″ LCD flatscreen, would have enough adjustments to make itself sit level, and would be able to pull out from the ledge space everywhere it would be mounted.
The unit is well constructed. There is no excessive play, the parts are all strong, and the machining done with nice quality. The back of the unit is ~19 inches across and fit my 16″ studs nicely, and since of the location of the studs, the mounted part is offset from center about 5″. This has caused no problems and the tv sits horizontal with zero sag. The up-down tilt knobs provide small flexibility to right side-to-side tilt, of maybe 1 or 2 degrees, and of course they also allow the screen to be tilted up or down 15 degees as confirmed in the specs. The pins (hinges) which allow enunciation of the arms have chromed bolts and are a tight fit – in fact are quite stiff. I reckon this is excellent, as it was sloppy play that I was concerned about, and this certainly is not a problem.
The instruction blue-collar was super simple, well illustrated, and on excellent quality glossy paper. Literally, 1, 2 and 3. I only wish other products were so excellent in this regard.
This product will work as advertised and I recommend it as an brilliant value. I ordered 12 products simultaneously from different venders, and this arrived first, 2 days ahead of schedule.

Very Quick shipping. The instructions were adequate complete with the amusing English, i.e. “Delight in the using!” . All the parts were there for various options of installation and many different tv model/brands.
The mount is sturdy and doesn’t have any problem holding my Panasonic 50″ plasma TV.
No complaints and very pleased I didn’t have to waste $200-300.
