How to mount my TV to its stand?

The original owner of the pack a small “extra equipment that I know will go to ensure the support of TV stand. But I can not know how. Tell me there is someone who is familiar with this TV and stand, and I can help, I am mounting bracket. Stand in the middle of the circle is rasied based on the TV. Can I place the TV for this purpose. But, if U should go, crash TV. Orig owner sent the manuals and I went through thouroghly and did not mention how to secure basis.

thats a pretty excellent tv, i work at best buy and deal with those things on a constant basis……first off, are u mounting the tv to the wall? if so, there should be specific directions on how place the tv on the mount without damaging the tv or the wall……if u are just putting it on a stump stand, u dont need to secure it, the tv is gray enough to stand alone by itself without having to be secured. make sure ur stand/wall mount is huge enough to hold the tv, i know the tv is only a 40 inch but make sure the stand is between a 46″ and 48″ that way u have extra space to go it around or whatever……..hope this helps
